At first, anyone would find that the money they paid is not worth it as its not really a beach house. But if you consider the place, nyc in general and just 1 min walk from mta trains and buses, you would understand that its worth every penny. The beach is a merely 10 mins walk and its beautiful, you will get a taste of long island beaches.
About the host, she is very responsive and respectful. We had a problem with the thermostat and she fixed it immediately right when we texted her. She also recommended us all the fun things we can do in that area.
Overall, if I visit nyc again, I will definitely try to rebook again and also highly recommended for people who want a quieter place and avoid the chaos of the city.

Candia was an amazing host, she made the entire stay comfortable and well worth a return in the future. I highly recommend Candia if you are looking for a place to stay in a remote part of NYC
