Coastal Charm in NYC: Welcome to Rockaway Beach House

Another one for the books. This was our second time staying at Candia’s place. Candia is so great and the place is such a gem. Looking forward to next time. Thanks Candia!

Candia is a great host who consistently and exceptionally meets the expectations of her guests. She makes the entire stay comfortable and is available when needed. A beautiful home, very clean, with plenty of privacy.

This was our second stay at Candia’s place, and once again it was wonderful! The room is just as bright, clean, and cozy as we remembered. The location is perfect—close to JFK, the beach, and the subway. Candia continues to be a kind and responsive host, and the self check-in process was smooth and convenient. We truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the privacy of having our own bathroom. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Candia was very welcoming and transparent. She answered all questions in a quick manner. Don’t hesitate to book this private relaxing bnb. Instructions were pretty self explanatory and many accessories were provided.

My wife and I came to visit NYC and absolutely loved our stay. The place was clean, quiet, easy access to the metro line. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable! Far enough from city center to enjoy some peace, close enough to easily enjoy the city; also very close to JFK which makes for easy travel, just take the metro to the airport and then the air train, no need to get an uber/lyft. There is a great grocery store nearby and also some nice local restaurants just a few stops down the road. The beach was beautiful in the winter. 10/10 recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my time there. From kitchen essentials to cozy linens, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they could need. The location was perfect, and checking in was a breeze. The host was friendly, responsive, and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable experience!

Candia place was very nice and beautiful the apartment is very clean everything was in place, beautiful environment she was very responsive and communicative, very friendly as well, I will definitely love to stay here again, but I must advice you read the cancellation policy very well before booking because I lost 2 night due to the cancellation policy even when it was 2 weeks before the date, honestly the host wasn’t considerate at all in regards to that..

I felt right at home. Candia made I was all set. Walkable to the A Train & grocery store. Very convenient location. The apartment is as advertised, bed we very comfortable and the place is very spacious. Would definitely recommend. Candia is awesome

Amazing Host – A Perfect Stay! Our stay at the beach house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Communication with Candia was seamless, and she responded promptly to all our questions. The home was spotless and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and a guidebook for the local area. The location was great– close to restaurants and beautiful parks. When our flight got delayed, Candia graciously allowed us a late check-out, which was a huge help. We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a clean spacious one bedroom that we had to ourselves. The full kitchen came in handy for preparing and cooking meals. Minutes away from the beach! Host was responsive and gave clear directions. Would definitely again!
