Great house in a highly convenient location. We had plenty of room for our extended family to eat and relax. Facilities were excellent, we had everything we needed for our stay. Location was close to subway and bus, very easy to get around and into city. Supermarkets very close by for anything we needed. Plenty of delivery services available too. Our host was wonderful and communication was excellent.

It was perfect. Relaxing and quiet but near everything that you need. Beautiful house and beautiful backyard. Candia was an absolute doll and was so easy to communicate with and so friendly! I wish I could have stayed there forever and will definitely be coming back again.

I needed fully functional kitchen, oven, kettle, since i cook my own food for the kid. The apt had it all. Not new but fully operational. Also brand new washing machine and a drier.
Very close to subway, great grocery store (fish market) and the beach. The apt is not ideal for a honeymoon trip, but great for families with experience who need reliability.

I would like to thank Candia for allowing us to stay in this accommodation. I recommend it to anyone who wants accommodation close to the airport, beach and with direct connection to the center. The price was fair. It is not a new building and some appliances and furniture are a bit older and they could be replaced. But I don't see that as a minus.
Suitable for 6-8 people (3 rooms with beds) + sofa bed in the living room + 2x smaller sofas.
The house is surprisingly large. We were able to eat, cook and watch TV with 8 people there.
Overall I rate it as the best accommodation on booking com
communication with the owner was fast and effective. The accommodation contains everything for a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, one of which is upstairs. Easy access to the code. Metro 2 min walk, 1 hour to Manhattan. Beach 10 min walk across the road. The house has a back entrance to a smaller apartment. We didn't know about it but it didn't interfere with our stay in any way.
Maybe as an improvement, having a picture of floor plan so that the person booking knows the layout of the rooms and bathrooms.
