I would like to thank Candia for allowing us to stay in this accommodation. I recommend it to anyone who wants accommodation close to the airport, beach and with direct connection to the center. The price was fair. It is not a new building and some appliances and furniture are a bit older and they could be replaced. But I don't see that as a minus.
Suitable for 6-8 people (3 rooms with beds) + sofa bed in the living room + 2x smaller sofas.
The house is surprisingly large. We were able to eat, cook and watch TV with 8 people there.
Overall I rate it as the best accommodation on booking com
communication with the owner was fast and effective. The accommodation contains everything for a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, one of which is upstairs. Easy access to the code. Metro 2 min walk, 1 hour to Manhattan. Beach 10 min walk across the road. The house has a back entrance to a smaller apartment. We didn't know about it but it didn't interfere with our stay in any way.
Maybe as an improvement, having a picture of floor plan so that the person booking knows the layout of the rooms and bathrooms.
